UK mainland postage costs are as follows Next Day Service inside mainland (excluding Highlands & Islands) UK from FedEx is an additional £3.85 - please select this option when finalising your order, on page 2 of the checkout. This service must be placed before 12.30pm to arrive the next working day. For Saturday deliveries, there is an excess charge of £20
Next Day Deliveries that are placed after 12.30pm & before 3.30pm, will be despatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery; this costs an extra £7.25 for orders up to 1kg. For orders via Special Delivery that weigh between 1 & 2kgs the cost is £9.50 and finally between 2kg - 20kg will cost £22.95. For Special Delivery, both the 1-2kg & 2-20kg options, we will require a contact phone number to call & take the excess cost.
Due to the rising cost of fuel to our despatch companies, all orders outside mainland UK which are over 3kg will have a surcharge of £1.00 added. For Shetlands, Orkneys & islands, all order over 3kg, we will contact you back with the per order, weight cost. We are sorry for this inconvenience. All orders inside the UK require a signature for tracking when delivered. You will receive a confirmation of despatch email which will include your tracking number OVERSEAS DESPATCH - Rates vary outside the UK; we will contact you back via email once you place your manual order and let you know what the cost of the postage for the weight of your goods will be. As a rule, most parcels are sent using the Royal Mail International service, which takes anything from 5 working days upwards to arrive. If you require a tracked/signed for service, please contact us for further information. If there is any problem with your order or it does not arrive, please contact The Hemp Shop within 21 days of the order date, as we are only able to track back with our despatch companies for that time. After that, we are unable to offer any compensation. In accordance with our environmentally sustainable ideals and the eco adage of REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE we try to keep our packaging to a minimum, as such, many of the boxes and packaging are re-used - many from our suppliers. This keeps these items out of landfill, saves manufacturing further packaging and reduces the cost of Postage & Packaging to you, our customers. Delivery:
95% of paid orders arrive within 5 working days, 99% within 14 days; We are currently sending goods out within 1-2 working days. You will recieve a despatch confirmation email once the goods have been sent and for UK orders, the email will contain tracking details in case of any delays in the post. If you wish to use our Fed Ex Express service that is a guaranteed next day service, please select this option on your checkout at the end of placing your order. The Hemp Shop Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with any product at the time you receive it then please return it to us (within 30 days and in a saleable condition) for a credit, exchange or refund. Returns: All items to be returned must in original packaging with all included tags etc and clothing must be folded neatly as you would expect to receive them. If goods are returned without their packaging and in a tidy manner, there will be a £3 re-stocking charge. The postal cost of returning unwanted items is covered by the customer. All bespoke dyed items cannot be returned.

Every effort has been made to ensure the products in this catalogue have been photographed and detailed as accurately as possible at the time of going to press. However, due to the natural untreated products we sell, slight differences in colour may occur. We are constantly trying to improve our range and therefore reserve the right to change products at any time.
Due to increasing bank charges, we are applying a 70p charge for all payments via cheque.
