NEW POWER POSTAGE RATES FOR 2010
UK mainland postage costs are as follows - new for 2010, down by 15%:
We offer an express Next Day Service from FedEx for an additional £3.25 - please select this option when finalising your order at the checkout. Order must be placed before 1pm to arrive the next day
Due to the rising cost of fuel to our despatch companies, all orders outside mainland UK which are over 1kg will have a surcharge of £1.00 added. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Due to increasing bank charges, we are applying a 70p charge for all payments via cheque.
All products despatched will require a signature for tracking on arrival with the customer. These rates vary if you are outside the UK;

Overseas orders outside the E.U. are UK VAT deductable (17.5% off the price quoted on site) with the exception of some products(foods etc) that are not subject to VAT. Contact us for details.
If there is any problem with your order or it does not arrive, please contact The Hemp Shop within 21 days of the order date, as we are only able to track back with our despatch companies for that time. After that, we are unable to offer any compensation. In accordance with our environmentally sustainable ideals and the eco adage of REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE we try to keep our packaging to a minimum and reuse many of the boxes and packaging our suppliers send to us. This keeps these items out of landfill, saves manufacturing further packaging and reduces the cost of Postage & Packaging to our customers.

Delivery:
95% of paid orders are despatched inside 14 days; with 85% being sent out within 5 working days for UK mainland customers. Your goods must arrive within 28 days of us receiving your order. We are currently sending goods out within 2-3 working days. If you wish to use our Fed Ex Express service that is a guareenteed next day service, please call your order into the office on the number above.
The Hemp Shop Guarantee:
If you are not satisfied with any product at the time you receive it then please return it to us (within 30 days and in a saleable condition) for a credit, exchange or refund. Returns: All items to be returned must in original packaging with all included tags etc and clothing must be folded neatly as you would expect to recieve them.

However, due to the natural untreated products we sell, slight differences in colour may occur.
