This organic pasta is made from spelt flour and hemp food flour in the form of spirals. They exhibit a fine nutty like taste and are rich in nutritious proteins and other nutrients. Spelt flour (95%) and hemp flour (5%). A quick healthy food, made from hemp and spelt flour, an ancient wheat variety. Spelt has a low gluten content and research indicates that some people with gluten intolerances or allergies can tolerate spelt. This pasta has a superb consistency, tastes great and beats all other wheat free pasta for being non-sticky. Cooks in around 6 minutes.
