This Soil Association certified nutritious hempseed oil from Hempiness, using the Finola seed variety, grown using organic farming methods, adds flavour to a wide variety of dishes. It has a smooth nutty taste and goes well over salads, pasta & rice dishes, stir fries and even baked potatoes. The oil is virgin cold pressed and comes in a dark bottle to preserve flavour and freshness. Described as the most complete source of nutrition on the planet, it has the most complete array of Omega and Essential Fatty Acids and (more importantly) the most comprehensive and most easily digested by the body.
