Standard European despatch takes anything from 5 working days to arrive. Our Tracked and Signed service is a day or two quicker.
The Hemp Shop cannot be held responsible for overseas national postage, any order that goes missing or lost using the non-tracked service, will be at the customers own risk. Please note, any order that is sent on a non-tracked service, that is paid using PayPal, will have no payment protection if it fails to arrive. We always recommend using the Tracked international service to cover all & any eventualities.
Due to our courier and delivery agents requirements, please note we are not able to deliver to PO Boxes. Any orders placed with PO Box delivery addresses will be entirely at the customer's own risk.
Each country applies their own import duties, tariffs and customs regulations. The Hemp Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays or reverse despatch charges which may be incurred if parcels are refused or returned.
99% of orders arrive within 14 days. We are currently sending goods out within 2 working days. You will receive a despatch confirmation email once the goods have been sent. Your goods must arrive within 28 days of us receiving your order.
All orders have a Fuel Surcharge added, this is already included in your despatch cost.
If you have selected a Tracked/Signed For service, you will receive a confirmation of despatch email which will include your tracking number. Many of our parcels are sent via couriers which have the options of email and text message updates on expected time of delivery. An accurate email address and mobile phone number is therefore essential when placing your order so you can receive this handy information.
All orders must be paid before we are able to despatch any goods
If your order does not arrive within 14 days of the date of despatch, please contact The Hemp Shop immediately. After 21 days we are unable to offer any compensation ourselves and you will have to pursue your own claim through the despatch company.
Please also note, for all international orders outside the EU, each country applies their own import duties, tariffs and customs controls. It is the customers’ responsibility to check that products ordered are allowed in their country, The Hemp Shop cannot be held responsible for any delays or reverse despatch charges which may result if parcels are refused or returned.
In accordance with our environmentally sustainable policy and the eco adage of REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE we try to keep our packaging to a minimum, as such, many of the boxes and packaging are re-used - many from our suppliers. This keeps these items out of landfill, saves manufacturing further packaging and reduces the cost of Postage & Packaging to you, our customers.
