If you are not satisfied with any product at the time you receive it then please return it to us (within 30 days and in a saleable condition) for a credit, exchange or refund. All orders are covered by the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All items to be returned to the address below must be in original packaging with all swing tags etc and clothing must be folded neatly as you would expect to receive them. If goods are returned without their packaging/tags/labels etc. but still in a tidy manner, there will be a £3 re-stocking charge. The postal cost of returning unwanted items is covered by the customer. The Returns address* is at the bottom of this page.
Inside the UK we recommend sending via Royal Mail, 2nd class Large Letter if possible (as this is the cheapest option), and for your own piece of mind, get a proof of posting.
For International returns simply choose your prefered method to return to the UK.
Exchanges: For all items returned for an exchange, there will be a minimum of £1.50 re-posting charge (product size/weight dependant).
Bespoke dyed items: Please note, that as these items have been dyed to order, we are unable to accept returns.
Fabrics Returns: Please note, that as fabrics have to be cut to order, we are unable to accept returns.
Ropes Returns: Please note, that as ropes have to be cut to order, we are unable to accept returns.
Close Out Food offers: Please note, we are unable to accept returns on food close out offers.
5kg & 12.5kg Hulled Seed pre-orders cannot be cancelled once ordered.
All refunds generally take place on a Thursday/Friday. Refunds will be applied back to the method of payment used. For all Transfer refunds, there will be a £5 charge inside the UK and a £15 charge outside of the UK due to charges from our bank.
Every effort has been made to ensure the products in this website have been photographed and detailed as accurately as possible at the time of going to press. However, due to the natural untreated products we sell, slight differences in colour may occur. We are constantly trying to improve our range and therefore reserve the right to change products at any time.
All items that are bespoke dyed, can take up to 5 days before they can be despatched. All bespoke dyed items are non-returnable.
We accept payment using any of the following methods - Visa, Master Card, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Delta, Cheque & PayPal. Due to increasing bank charges, we are applying a 85p charge for all payments via cheque & postal order.
We only accept payment in UK GBP £. Please make sure when you sending an International Transfer or PayPal payment that it is in GBP £. Significant delays, excess costs and also order cancellations can occur if there are problems with incorrect payments.

In accordance with our environmentally sustainable policy and the eco adage of REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE we try to keep our packaging to a minimum, as such, many of the boxes and packaging are re-used - many from our suppliers. This keeps these items out of landfill, saves manufacturing further packaging and reduces the cost of Postage & Packaging to you, our customers.
