Our basic earning rate is 1 point for every £1 spent, and one of our eco points is worth £0.01. This is our basic earning rate, but there will be opportunities to earn more points for every pound spent, as well as extra special offers for rewards members!

How do I earn reward points?
Just make sure you’re logged in to your customer account, and you will earn reward points automatically every time you place an order. Guest checkouts do not earn reward points, so it is important that you log in using the same account every time.
How do I check how many reward points I have earned?
Log in to your customer account, navigate to “My Account” and then select “Reward Points” in the account menu. You are able to see your current rewards balance, plus the total earned and total spent on your account.
Do my reward points ever expire?
Yes, reward points expire 2 years after the date they are earned. You will receive an email notification before your points are about to expire.
How do I spend my reward points?
Spending your reward points is easy! Just look for the “Apply Rewards” button on the cart page, or at checkout. You will see a summary of your available reward points, and you can select how many points you would like to apply to your order.
How many reward points do I earn for every £1 spent?
For every £1 spent on our eco-friendly sustainable hemp products, you will earn 1 reward point equivalent to £0.01. Occasionally there will be opportunities to earn more reward points for every £1 spent, such as in double or triple points promotions.
What happens to my reward points if I return an item?
If you decide to return an item that you have purchased, any reward points from that item will be deducted from your account balance.
